I heard on NPR this morning that Winston Churchill's speeches, in final draft, would be laid out in form as they would be spoken, turning from prose into poetry — and making them easier to read. Perhaps some of our incoherent politicians could use the same technique. All it takes is a helpful teleprompter programmer and the whole quality of public speech could improve.
