11-Year-Old Girl Gives Birth in Ukraine. An 11-year-old girl has given birth to a healthy baby boy, becoming Ukraine's youngest mother on record, a newspaper reported Thursday. Surgeons at hospital No. 5 in the eastern city of Kharkiv delivered the infant by Caesarean section Tuesday, the Fakty daily said, citing the unidentified mother's doctor, Valentyn Gryshchenko. Extending the City into Internet Space
David Fletcher notes an article in the Deseret News on cities moving online, and makes some helpful suggestions.
Here's my helpful suggestion: use your .us delegation. Every locality has, by fiat, a delegation from the States' domains. So, Payson, Utah, should be visible on-line at payson.ut.us, but it's been poached by Beltane Web Services. Celebration, Florida, uses theirs for a community site.
