Martin Schwimmer asks, Demonizing Verisign aside, is Site Finder a smarter form of navigation?  Is user experience enhanced? I don't think so. What they have done is the virtual equivalent of removing the signs from dead-end streets, and replacing them with a guy at the end of the cul-de-sac who offers to tell you where to go.
