Dear Eskimo, Please Help English-Speaking Weathermen
We had a dusting of snow the other day. This throws the weathermen into fits. They can't all call it snow! So we have to endure "the white stuff," and other incredibly creative names for a certain kind of precipitate.
Then there's that other Winter element: ice. If it freezes on a road, it becomes "black ice." Yeah, most of the ice I see is red, white and blue. No, dumbass, it's just ice.
