In one of the meetings here, a co-worker suggested that, if a number can't get DSL, we put up a link for local realtors.Nobody thought that was funny.

A side-effect of poor technical documentation: lost sales
I get a consistent number of hits on a post I made after fighting Microsoft's RRAS. Unfortunately, I've not yet revisited the problem, and so have no solution. :-(No solution that involves a Microsoft product, that is.
