I have a simple test for usability in a mail user agent (MUA). When I highlight text and reply, is only that text brought into the reply and quoted?

Every MUA I've used on Windows fails to do this. Is this impossible in the Microsoft world?

Perhaps Jud Spencer could inform the other groups at Microsoft how he did it with Claris Emailer, Outlook Express for Macintosh, and Entourage?
