The Solution for Spam

Kill 'em all, and let God sort 'em out.

The Holiday Inn left Monday's USA Today outside our door. Looks like spam is congealing on cellular phones. Unlike e-mail, text messages to cell phones have a cost-per-message, for both sender and recipient.

I think that existing regulations for junk-faxes, the telemarketing sales rule, and anti-fraud statues cover spam just fine. The problem is one of jurisdiction: should the CIA assassinate spammers based outside of the United States territory, or should the FBI?
