Do we really want efficient lawyers?

Okay, so who's up for becoming more efficient in the practice of law?

IANAL, but I read legal documents. I can see one glaring inefficiency right there. Using English would certainly help reading, and, while it might introduce ambiguities in interpretation of contracts, it could even reduce case load. That's assuming that the language is not intended to deceive.
